mwbamwbqCarpopenaeus è un genere estinto di mwbgcrostacei appartenente al sottordine dei mwbwdendrobranchiata. Questo gamberetto si ritrova principalmente nelle rocce di periodi compresi tra il mwcagiurassico superiore e il mwcqcretaceo.

Specie

Il genere mwdqCarpopenaeus si suddivide in quattro specie:

• mweaCarpopenaeus callirostris;
• mwegCarpopenaeus longirostris;
• mwfaCarpopenaeus peterbuergeri;
• mwfgCarpopenaeus septemspinatus;

Ritrovamenti

Molto noti sono i mwgqCarpopenaeus callirostris, in ottimo stato di conservazione, provenienti da Hajula (mwggcenomaniano, mwgwcretaceo superiore) e dalla formazione di Hakel, in mwhaLibano.
